3.5MM pelvic Straight LCP
The Ø3.5mm Pelvic Straight Locking Compression Plate (LCP) is a specialized implant designed for fixation of fractures and osteotomies in the pelvic and acetabular region. This straight plate offers versatile fixation options in anatomically complex areas, especially where pre-contoured plates may not be suitable or customization is required.
Engineered to work with Ø3.5mm locking and cortical screws, the plate allows for both angular stability and traditional compression techniques. Its slim profile and smooth edges help reduce soft tissue irritation, while the multiple combi-holes offer flexible screw placement for optimal fragment capture and fixation.
Made from high-grade stainless steel or titanium alloy, the plate can be easily contoured intraoperatively to accommodate varying pelvic anatomies.
- Pelvic Ring Injuries: Anterior or posterior pelvic ring disruptions Iliac wing fractures Superior and inferior pubic ramus fractures
- Acetabular Fractures: Both-column fractures Anterior column and wall fractures Posterior column and wall fractures (as part of combined fixation)
- Iliac and Sacral Fixation: Iliac crest fractures Iliosacral joint stabilization (in combination with other implants)
- Pelvic Osteotomies: Corrective osteotomies for deformity or malunion Periacetabular osteotomies (PAO)

- Nonunions and Malunions: Treatment of previously unhealed or misaligned pelvic or acetabular fractures
- Plate has combi holes and round holes. Combi holes allow fixation with locking screws in the threaded section and cortex screws in the dynamic compression unit section for compression.
- The shaft holes accept 3.5MM locking screws in the threaded portion or 3.5MM cortical screws or 4MM cancellous screws in the compression portion.
- 3.5MM Locking Reconstruction Plates Straight Low Profile allow implant placement to address the individual fracture pattern.
- Choice of different lengths of plate eliminates the need to cut plates.
