3.5MM Sidewinder LCP

The Ø3.5mm Sidewinder Locking Compression Plate (LCP) is a uniquely designed implant intended for fixation of complex fractures, particularly in anatomically challenging areas such as the distal fibula and lateral malleolus. Its distinctive “sidewinder” shape offers enhanced distal fragment capture and support, allowing for secure fixation of small or comminuted bone fragments.
Manufactured from high-strength stainless steel or titanium alloy, this plate combines locking screw technology with a pre-contoured design that closely follows the lateral anatomy of the fibula. The plate’s combi-holes accommodate both locking and cortical screws, providing versatility in surgical fixation methods.
Its low-profile and anatomically adaptive shape help reduce soft tissue irritation, making it suitable for minimally invasive or open procedures.
