The Hybrid Loop Button is a hybrid loop with an added advantage of micro adjustability. It is available in loop sizes of 15, 20 and 25mm. It has a fixed loop which can be reduced up to 5mm when cinched. It has Leading Fiber (#5 UHMWPE, White/Blue), Flipping Fiber (#5 UHMWPE, White/Black), and Tensioning Fiber (#5 UHMWPE, White). The tunnel drilling technique remains the same as the conventional fixed loop technique. The loop at the end of the Tensioning Fiber provides onehanded adjustment. Once the initial fixation is done, the loop is pulled in a seesaw motion by one hand to shorten the loop and further tighten the graft inside the tunnel. It provides greater flexibility and control by eliminating the limitations of conventional fixed and adjustable loop. It offers excellent tensile strength comparable to a fixed loop, with the added benefit of micro adjustability. This allows for any graft laxity to be corrected by shortening the loop as needed.
