Meniscus Needle with USP Size 2-0 Fiber is a Meniscus Repair kit, ideal for a standard inside-out meniscus repair. The needles are 24.5cm long and made with stainless steel with a 100cm length of USP Size 2-0 Fiber swedged onto the back of each needle. These needles provide exceptional strength and a soft feel for increased precision and comfort while piercing the meniscus while the 2-0 Fiber allows for abrasion resistance, the ability to tie smoothly, a lower knot profile and improved tensile strength for secure repairs. The needles are used with single or double-lumen cannulas to position optimum vertical or horizontal mattress sutures on superior or inferior meniscal surfaces.
