The kit comprises a ∅2.3mm all suture anchor with 2 pc of USP Size 0 Fiber and Related instrument like Fiber Loopin, crosswire loop, a drill bit, and a cannulated sleeve. The patented technology utilizes an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) suture anchor for medial meniscus repair, allowing for smaller tunnel drilling and deployment in the bone with minimal bone loss. The USP size 0 fibers coming out from the anchor are passed through the posterior horn of the meniscus. These fibers are then tensioned and secured with low-profile knots, which give stability and strength to the meniscus.
