The Cortical Screw is a versatile orthopedic implant designed for secure fixation in dense cortical bone regions, offering strong mechanical stability in fracture management and reconstructive procedures. Engineered with a fine-pitch thread and smaller core diameter, it provides excellent grip in hard bone tissue, making it ideal for shaft fractures, osteotomies, and fracture compression techniques.

Available in stainless steel (316L) or titanium (Ti6Al4V), the screw supports a wide range of orthopedic applications across trauma, reconstructive, and revision surgeries. It can be used as a lag screw or as part of a plate-screw fixation system, depending on the surgical requirements.
