Description
The Posterolateral Distal Humerus Locking Plate 3.5 & 2.7 MM Without Lateral Support is designed to provide robust fixation for fractures of the distal humerus. Manufactured from stainless steel and titanium, this plate offers a pre-contoured design that conforms to the natural anatomy of the humerus, minimizing the need for intraoperative adjustments. Its combination of 3.5 mm and 2.7 mm locking screws ensures a secure, stable fixation, even in osteoporotic or multi-fragment fractures.
This locking plate features combi holes, allowing for the use of locking screws in the threaded section and cortical screws for compression. Its design is ideal for managing complex fractures, ensuring a strong fixation while promoting proper bone healing. With a limited-contact profile, the plate preserves blood supply to the periosteum, facilitating faster recovery.

Indications
The Posterolateral Distal Humerus Locking Plate 3.5 & 2.7 MM Without Lateral Support is indicated for:
- Distal humerus fractures, including fractures involving the lateral column.
- Comminuted fractures or fractures with multiple bone fragments.
- Osteoporotic bone conditions, where angular stability is essential.
- Non-unions or mal-unions of the distal humerus.
- Intra-articular fractures of the distal humerus requiring stable fixation.
This plate provides angular stability and is ideal for cases where lateral support is not necessary but strong fixation is critical for healing.
Features
- Available for both Left and Right humerus orientations to match patient anatomy.
- Combi holes allow the use of locking screws for angular stability and cortical screws for compression.
- Limited-contact design to preserve periosteal blood flow and enhance bone healing.
- Stainless steel and titanium options for long-lasting durability and biocompatibility.
- Multiple plate lengths available to accommodate different fracture patterns and patient needs.
