5.0MM Medial High Tibia LCP

Accordion Hover Style
+ Description

The 5° slant of the plate helps achieve parallel fixation of the proximal plate to the plateau slope of smaller statured tibia (Fig 2)

The new plate shape facilitates plate placement towards the medial side, providing support on the medialposterior edge of the tibial plateau. This also functions to help prevent neurovascular damage caused by possible screw protrusion (Fig 3)

The TomoFix MHT plate is designed to accoMModate both small and large oblique osteotomies

Accordion Hover Style with Bullets

Accordion Hover Style with Bullets
+ Key Features
  • Available in left and right plates
  • Anatomically contoured to approximate the anteromedial proximal tibia
  • Three convergent threaded screw holes accept 3.5MM Locking Screws or 3.5MM Conical Screws.
  • Two 2.0MM holes for preliminary fixation with K-wires, or meniscal repair with sutures.
  • The two angled locking holes distal to the plate head accept 3.5MM Locking Screws or 3.5MM Conical Screws, to secure the plate position. The hole angles allow the locking screws to converge with two of the three screws in the plate head.
  • Combi holes, distal to the angled locking holes, combine a DCU hole with a threaded locking hole. The Combi holes accept 3.5MM Locking Screws or 3.5MM Conical Screws in the threaded portion of the hole and 3.5MM Cortex Screws or 3.5MM Shaft Screws in the DCU portion of the hole
