Anterior Cervical Cage Single Cavity | PEEK

+ Description
The Anterior Cervical Cage – Single Cavity (PEEK) is a lightweight, radiolucent interbody fusion device specifically designed for anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) procedures. Constructed from medical-grade PEEK (Polyetheretherketone), it provides a bone-like modulus of elasticity, reducing stress shielding while maintaining spinal alignment and facilitating bony fusion.
The single central cavity allows for the placement of bone graft material to promote osseointegration between adjacent vertebral bodies. This cage design is an optimal choice for restoring disc height, cervical alignment, and mechanical stability in the cervical spine.
+ Indications
- Cervical disc herniation or degeneration
- Cervical spondylosis
- Segmental instability requiringinterbody fusion
- Failed prior cervical fusion (pseudoarthrosis)
- Spinal stenosis affecting the cervical region
- Single- or multi-level Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF)
- Used in conjunction with an anterior cervical plate and screws
- Promotes bone healing and fusion while maintaining cervical lordosis
+ Key Features
- Single Large Graft Chamber : Designed to accommodate sufficient autograft or allograft material Facilitates robust endplate-to-endplate bone fusion
- Radiolucent PEEK Material : Provides excellent postoperative imaging on X-ray, CT, and MRI Embedded with radiopaque markers for position verification
- Anatomical, Low-Profile Design : onforms to cervical disc space geometry Maintains sagittal alignment and disc height
- Anti-Migration Teeth : Surface serrations or spikes help prevent cage migration or subsidence
- Bone-Like Elasticity : Reduces risk of adjacent segment degeneration Provides load-sharing capability for improved fusion outcomes
- Multiple Size Options : Available in various heights and footprints to match individual anatomy
- Biocompatible & Sterilizable : Medical-grade PEEK ensures long-term implantation safety
- ISO & CE Certified : Manufactured under international quality standards for spinal implants
