Anterior Cervical Cage | Titanium

+ Description
The Anterior Cervical Cage (Ti) is a high-strength interbody fusion cage designed for use in Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF) procedures. Manufactured from medical-grade titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V ELI), the cage offers outstanding mechanical stability, biocompatibility, and osteoconductivity.
Its structure features a central bone graft chamber and anti-migration surfaces, supporting both immediate spinal stability and long-term bony fusion. The radiopaque properties of titanium make it fully visible in imaging, allowing precise intraoperative placement and postoperative assessment.
+ Indications
- Degenerative disc disease
- Cervical disc herniation
- Cervical spondylotic myelopathy or radiculopathy
- Spinal trauma or instability
- Revision surgeries and failed previous fusion (pseudoarthrosis)
- Used in Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF)
- Provides interbody support and promotes arthrodesis
- Often used alongside an anterior cervical plate and screws
+ Key Features
- Medical-Grade Titanium Alloy (Ti6Al4V ELI) : High mechanical strength and corrosion resistance Promotes early bone ingrowth and long-term durability
- Central Graft Chamber : Allows for autograft or allograft placement to promote fusion Open design facilitates bone growth across vertebral bodies
- Textured or Porous Surface : Enhances osteointegration and cellular attachment Available with plasma spray or 3D-printed surface options (if applicable)
- Anti-Migration Design : Serrated endplates or teeth to prevent migration post-implantation
- Radiopaque for Imaging Guidance : Fully visible under X-ray and fluoroscopy Ensures accurate placement and postoperative monitoring
- Anatomic and Lordotic Options : Helps restore natural spinal curvature Available in a variety of sizes, heights, and angles
- Sterilizable and Reusable (if applicable) : Withstands standard autoclave sterilization processes
- Regulatory Compliance : Manufactured under ISO 13485, CE, and FDA standards for spinal implants
