Meniscus repair all suture anchor provides a novel approach to reduce meniscus extrusion. It is loaded with 2 pieces of USP size 0 UHMWPE Fibers. By establishing a high anteromedial portal, the All Suture anchor is deployed inside the tibia plateau using a drill sleeve. The Fibers coming out from the anchor are passed one by one through the meniscus in a mattress configuration. The knots are tied, which corrects the meniscal extrusion and restores its function. The USP Size0-UHMWPE Fibers of the All Suture anchor provides low profile knots over the meniscus, which reduces the chance of knot irritation compared to any other anchors. The small diameter of the anchor provides excellent pull-out strength.
