Anterior Cervical Screw Self Drilling| Titanium

+ Description
The Anterior Cervical Screw – Self-Drilling (Ti) is a specialized spinal implant used to fix anterior cervical plates to the vertebral bodies during Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF) surgeries. Engineered with a self-drilling tip, it eliminates the need for pre-drilling and tapping, thereby reducing surgical time and minimizing instrumentation.
Crafted from Ti6Al4V ELI medical-grade titanium, the screw is both biocompatible and strong, offering optimal fixation in cortical and cancellous bone. It is available in fixed-angle and variable-angle options and integrates seamlessly with most standard anterior cervical plating systems.
+ Indications
- Anterior Cervical Plate Fixation (1–4 level ACDF)
- In combination with PEEK/Ti interbody cages
- Cervical disc herniation with instability
- Cervical spondylosis or stenosis requiring fusion
- Cervical trauma/fractures requiring anterior stabilization
- Failed prior fusion (pseudarthrosis) requiring revision
- Degenerative disc disease in the cervical spine
+ Key Features
- Self-Drilling Tip : Enables direct insertion without pre-drilling Streamlines the procedure and reduces surgical steps
- Medical-Grade Titanium (Ti6Al4V ELI) : Lightweight, biocompatible, MRI-safe, and corrosion-resistant Provides high strength-to-weight ratio for long-term performance
- Fixed and Variable Angle Options : Offers surgical flexibility for trajectory control and load sharing
- Low-Profile Screw Head : Minimizes tissue irritation and postoperative discomfort (especially dysphagia)
- Locking Compatibility : Engages securely with cervical plates to prevent backout or migration
- Radiopaque : Visible under X-ray/fluoroscopy for real-time placement confirmation
- Multiple Lengths and Diameters : Available in various sizes to accommodate diverse anatomy and bone quality
- ISO 13485 & CE Certified : Manufactured under globally recognized quality standards
