The Crosslink Connector (also known as a transverse connector) is an implant used in posterior spinal fixation systems to link two parallel longitudinal rods across the spinal midline. It improves torsional rigidity and construct stability by minimizing independent rod movement, particularly in long-segment fusion or deformity correction surgeries.

Made from medical-grade titanium or cobalt-chrome alloy, crosslink connectors are available in fixed, adjustable, or modular designs to accommodate varying rod diameters and inter-rod distances. Some models offer angular adjustment or quick-lock mechanisms for ease of application.
