Micro LCP Condylar Plate

Description
The Micro LCP Condylar Plate is a low-profile locking plate specifically designed for fixation in small bones and condylar regions, such as the distal humerus, distal femur, or phalanges. Engineered with Locking Compression Plate (LCP) technology, it combines the advantages of conventional plating and angular stability, ideal for fragile bone segments or periarticular fracture fixation.
Constructed from medical-grade titanium or stainless steel, this plate ensures biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, and mechanical strength. Its anatomic contouring and multiple screw holes offer optimal fracture stabilization, even in complex or comminuted fracture patterns.
Indications
- Fixation of small bone fractures near joints such as condyles of the humerus, femur, or phalanges
- Periarticular and intra-articular fractures in upper or lower limbs
- Pediatric fracture management, where small, lightweight implants are preferred
- Comminuted fractures requiring both stability and anatomical reconstruction
- Reconstruction procedures following trauma or bone deformity correction
- Osteoporotic bone fixation, especially in elderly or fragile bone cases
Key Feature
- Micro-Sized LCP Design : Tailored for use in small bones or pediatric cases, ensuring precision without bulky hardware.
- Locking and Compression Hybrid : Combines angular stability of locking screws with axial compression of standard screws.
- Anatomic Contour : Pre-contoured shape ensures better fit and minimal need for intraoperative bending.
- Multiple Screw Options : Supports both locking and cortical screws in variable directions for enhanced fixation.
- Low-Profile Geometry : Minimizes soft tissue irritation, especially around joint areas or subcutaneous bones.
- Corrosion-Resistant Materials : Made from high-grade stainless steel (316L) or titanium (Ti6Al4V), offering strength and long-term performance.
- ISO & CE Certified Manufacturing : Ensures precision, safety, and compliance with international orthopedic standards.
